Tuesday 26th December – CLOSED (Boxing Day)

Wednesday 27th December – 9am-5pm

Thursday 28th December – 9am-5pm

Friday 29th December – 9am-5pm

Saturday 30th December – CLOSED (weekend)

Sunday 31st December – CLOSED (weekend)

Monday 1st January – Closed (New Year’s Day)


Normal hours resume from the 2nd of January.


Please note that during this time and for the weeks after we will be experiencing a large number of calls and emails. Please allow up to 7 working days for a response. We will always aim to get back to each customer sooner than this if possible.


To avoid delays and to facilitate quicker responses. Please make sure to include your full address and proof of purchase with your email. We are only able to send replacement parts with these available.

  • Please allow up to 72 hours for a response to your query.
  • Our response team will vary on busier periods such as for bank holidays and public holidays such as Christmas
  • Customers MUST provide a valid proof of purchase to receive replacement parts
  • X Rocker UK can only provide support for products purchased from the UK/EU respectively.
